Traffic Type
(MI.TrafficType)
Overview
The Traffic Type setting (software-downloads, live, or VOD) is global and must be the same type for all hosts and paths. If not explicitly defined, the Traffic Type defaults to software-downloads. We recommend defining the Traffic Type at the site level, where it applies to all hosts and paths.
Note that when the site traffic type is live, you can configure an individual host or path for low latency live traffic.
Set the traffic-type value to support your use case.
Example
This example sets the traffic type to live.
